Companies, associations and partners across Europe are already planning activities for European Rental Week 2026. Explore their initiatives below for inspiration and discover how you can help make rental more visible this year.
CPA
CPA will create a series of videos highlighting the people and skills behind the rental industry, using footage from its Stars of the Future Apprentice Awards. The content will showcase career opportunities and the talent that keeps the industry moving.
IPAF
IPAF will engage its members through dedicated communications, sharing participation ideas and encouraging companies to get involved through their own channels and activities.
KHL
KHL Group will support the campaign by publishing an interview discussing the purpose of European Rental Week and the role rental plays in building a more sustainable and efficient economy.
Boels Rental
Boels Rental will focus on the benefits of rental over ownership, sharing employee stories, testimonials and interviews through internal and external communication channels.
DLR
DLR (France) is promoting European Rental Week to its members and encouraging rental companies to take part by highlighting their teams, projects, professions, customer stories, local initiatives or internal activities. The association has also translated and shared the European Rental Week communication toolkit in French to make participation as easy as possible for its members.
ANAPAT
ANAPAT (Spain) will take part in the Foro Potencia 2026 event in Madrid on 15 October, where representatives of the Spanish rental industry will participate in a panel discussion highlighting the role, value and future of rental. The event will provide an opportunity to engage with industry stakeholders and raise awareness of the sector during European Rental Week.
HKL BAUMASCHINEN
HKL will highlight the importance of the rental industry from various perspectives on its social media channels – sharing insights into the added value provided to its different stakeholders. Customers in construction, landscaping and local authorities benefit from economical and technical advantages of the rental offering that is always up to date and state of the art, while people working in the rental industry benefit from various career and development opportunities with reliable employers. ASEAMAC
ASEAMAC (Spain) will actively support European Rental Week 2026 by encouraging its member companies to participate through social media campaigns, open days and other local initiatives. During the week, ASEAMAC will also highlight the sector’s value and promote engagement through its member competition, while the Foro Potencia on 15 October will bring industry professionals together to discuss key challenges and opportunities facing equipment rental.
