EUROPEAN RENTAL WEEK 2026

The European Rental Association (ERA) is excited to announce the fourth edition of European Rental Week, scheduled for 13rd to 19th October 2025. In preparation for the European Rental Week, we are sharing our Communication Toolkit, which includes all the necessary information to participate in and promote the European Rental Week.

Let’s join forces to make this week a memorable and impactful ‎celebration of the equipment rental industry’s achievements and innovations.‎

3 Pillars of the Year ‎

First Pillar: Sustainability

Rental supports a more resource-efficient economy by enabling shared use of equipment, reducing idle capacity and extending asset life through maintenance and reuse. It helps companies and customers lower environmental impact while mantaining performance and flexibility.

Second Pillar: People & Skills (Proud to be in rental industry)

The rental industry is driven by skilled professionals. It offers evolving career opportunities and reflects the sector’s transformation with digital tools, AI, and new ways of working, positioning rental as an attractive and future-oriented industry.

Third Pillar: Business Value of Rental

Rental delivers flexibility, cost efficiency, and performance, enabling customers to access the right equipment at the right time. It supports productivity, reduces risk, and helps businesses adapt quickly to changing needs, demonstrating the practical and economic value of the rental model.
